摘要 以采自辽宁本溪的野菊种子为材料,在50、100、150、200、250 g/L的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)的胁迫下,对种子的相对发芽率、发芽指数、胚根生物量及叶绿素含量进行测定,并根据测定的数值计算出种子活力的指标,结合所有指标进行综合测定评价。结果表明:野菊在轻度干旱的条件下有利于其生物量的积累,芽苗的生长及叶绿素的合成。但在中度及重度的干旱胁迫下不利其萌发、生长及叶绿素的合成。研究其在PEG-6000胁迫下萌发特性的变化,对其中园林应用中具有重要意义。 The material of Chrysanthemum indicum L.was collected at the locations of Liaoning Benxi.The seeds were treated with PEG-6000 solution at the concentration of 50,100,150,200,250g/L,and the relative germination rate,germination index,seed vitality index,root lengths and chlorophyll content were evaluated,and calculated the index of seed vigor according to the evaluating results.The results indicated that it was favorable for Chrysanthemum indicum L.to biomass accumulation,shoot growth and the synthesis of chlorophyll under the mild drought stress.But under the conditions of moderate and severe drought stress,it was not favorable to germination and growth and physiological reflect.The sensitive drought resistance material Chrysanthemum indicum L.was studied on the changes of seed germination characters under PEG-6000 resistance as a good pasture,which had the significant meaning for breeding and landscape application.
