有机锡催化合成乙酸苄酯的新工艺

摘要 实验以不同类型的有机锡化合物为催化剂,研究了乙酸苄酯的酯化反应,考察了不同类型的有机锡催化剂的催化效果、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、酸醇摩尔比和带水剂等因素对乙酸苄酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,Ph_3SnCl对合成乙酸苄酯有良好的催化活性,在w(催化剂)=1.5%,n(乙酸):n(苯甲醇)=2.5:1,n(甲苯):n(苯甲醇)=0.60,温度110℃,反应150 min条件下,乙酸苄酯收率可达95.8%,且催化剂重复使用5次仍保持较高活性。 The esterification of benzyl alcohol and acetic acid with different types of organotin com- pounds as catalysts was studied. The effects of factors such as the different types of organic tin cata-lysts, the amount of catalysts, reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of acid to alcohol and the water-carrying agent were investigated in detail. The results showed that Ph3 SnC1 exhibited excel- lent catalytic activity. When the dosage of the catalyst was 1.5 ~/6 based on the total mass of benzyl al- cohol and acetic acid, the molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohols was 2.5 : 1, the dosage of toluene was 10 mL (the molar ratio of toluene to benzyl alcohols 0.60), the reaction temperature was 110 ℃, and the reaction time was 120 min, the yield of benzyl acetate was 95.8%. The catalyst could be reused for five times without significant yield declining.
