摘要
采用下胚轴伤口接种法,用大豆疫霉菌株Pm14对南方部分地区野生大豆资源进行了筛选,并进一步探讨了野生大豆的抗病资源分布和抗病能力。结果表明:江西、湖南和广西的273份野生大豆资源中3.30%表现为抗病,16.48%表现为中间反应类型。南方地区野生大豆存在大豆疫霉根腐病的抗性资源,其中广西的野生大豆抗性稍强。
The hypocotyl inoculation technique was used to screen 273 wild soybean lines(Glycine soja L.)from Southern China by P.sojae strain Pm14,and to further explore their resistant distribution and capacity.The results indicated that 3.30% and 16.48% of wild soybean lines from Jiangxi,Hunan provinces and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region held resistant and intermediate reactions to race Pm14,respectively.It suggested that there are resistant recourses to Phytophthora root rot among wild soybean lines taken from Southern China.While there were a little higher percent of resistant recourses in Guangxi.
