大豆胞囊线虫(SCN)抗病候选基因研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 大豆胞囊线虫(Heterodera glycines,Soybean cyst nematode,SCN)是严重危害世界大豆生产的害虫,大豆对胞囊线虫的抗性由多个基因控制,发掘和利用抗病基因对于SCN抗病品种的选育至关重要。该文对包括基于QTL定位获得的rhg1和Rhg4抗性位点、基于比较基因组获得的线虫抗性基因Hs1pro-1同系物类的GmHs1pro-1和基于基因芯片获得的SCN抗病候选基因的研究进行综述,以期为SCN的抗病分子育种研究提供参考。 Soybean cyst nematode(SCN) is a pest which damaged the production of world soybean seriously.The resistance of soybean cyst nematode was controlled by multiple genes.It is very important for exploring and applying disease-resistant genes to the SCN disease-resistant cultivar.This paper summarized genes of rhg1 and Rhg4 resistant loci using QTL location,GmHs1^pro-1 of homologues of Hs1^pro-1 which is a nematode resistance gene using comparative genomic,and some SCN resistant candidate genes which were based on microarray.And provided a theoretical basis for genetics and breeding of resistance.
