摘要
为研究高温环境下饮水量对蛋鸡粪便含水率的影响,本试验设定了4个温度(23、26、29、32℃),测定各温度环境下蛋鸡的采食量、饮水量、粪便含水率。结果表明:①蛋鸡的采食量随着舍内环境温度的升高而降低,二者之间显著负相关(r=0.928,P<0.01);②蛋鸡的饮水量随着舍内环境温度的升高而增加,二者之间显著正相关(r=0.882,P<0.01);③蛋鸡粪便的含水率随着饮水量的增加而升高,二者显著正相关(r=0.852,P<0.01)。在上述4种舍内温度下,蛋鸡采食100g饲料的饮水量分别为188.75、202.27、233.05和320.31mL,相应的粪便含水率分别为78.25%、78.54%、80.81%和81.73%。
Feed intake,water consumption and manure moisture content of layer hens were measured under the conditions of four housing temperature (23,26,29,32℃). The effect of water consumption on moisture content of layer manure were studied. The results showed that: ①feed intake of layer decreased with increase of ambient temperature,and there was a significantly negative correlation between feed intake and ambient temperature (r=0.928,P〈0.01); ②water consumption of layer increased with increase of ambient temperature,and there was a significant correlation between them (r=0.882,P〈0.01); ③manure moisture content increased with increase of water consumption,a significant correlation between them (r=0.852,P〈0.01). Under the above four temperatures,water consumption per 100 g feed intake were 188.75,202.27,233.05 and 320.31 mL respectively,and water contents of layer feces were 78.25% ,78.54%,80.81% and 81.73% respectively.
