摘要 针对传统纸浆纤维种类鉴别费时、费力等问题,提出近红外光谱分析法。将常用造纸原料制浆并抄片为成品纸,测量各样品在10000~4000cm-1区段范围内的近红外光谱,谱图信号经滤波和一阶微分预处理后提取主成分,用于聚类分析。结果表明:近红外光谱技术结合聚类分析能对样品正确、快速分类,可以为快速无损鉴别纸浆种类提供一种准确可靠的方法。 A new method of identifying raw materials of pulp and paper fiber by near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technology was proposed in order to avoid the time-consuming and tedious work in the traditional identification.Some common-used raw materials for paper making were pulped and made into samples of paper sheet.The NIRS of samples ranged from 4000 to 10000 cm-1 was measured and pretreated by the techniques of filtering and the first derivative.The clustering analysis based on principle components analysis(PCA) was employed for sample identification.The results show that the method provides the rapid and accurate classification for raw materials of pulp fibers.
