摘要
通过问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,对我国中、小学体育教师职业人格结构进行了研究,结果表明:1)我国中、小学体育教师职业人格结构内涵是由职业情感、职业形象、职业行为、职业品格、职业精神5个层面构成;2)根据结构方程原理,构建了中、小学体育教师职业人格结构关联模型,发现该5个层面对体育教师职业人格作用的直接影响存在一定的差异性,其影响大小分别为:职业行为(0.76)、职业情感(0.68)、职业形象(0.64)、职业品格(0.59)、职业精神(0.51);3)不同职称级别、不同区域的中、小学体育教师的职业人格认知水平存在显著性差异(P<0.05),职业人格认知水平与该群体的职称级别成正相关性。这为评价我国中、小学体育教师职业人格水平提供了一种新的认识路径,同时,也可为指导我国体育教师实践和师资培训提供积极的理论参考。
By using the method of questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes study on the professional personality structure of PE teachers' in the elementary schools in China.The result shows that.1)The professional personality structure of PE teachers of the elementary schools in China consists of five aspect,they are professional emotion,professional image,professional behavior,professional quality and professional spirit.2)According to equation theory,the related model about professional personality structure of sports teachers of elementary schools in China is set up.The findings show that there are differences resulting from the five aspects take effect on PE teachers' professional personality structure.The specific effect order is as follows:professional behavior is 0.76,professional emotion is 0.68,professional image is 0.64,professional quality is 0.59,and professional spirit is 0.51.Professional behavior takes the significant effect on sports teachers' professional personality structure.3)Elementary school PE teachers are from different working titles and areas.Their cognitive levels towards professional personality obviously differ.There is a positive correlation between the cognitive levels towards professional personality and their working titles.This finding provides a new approach towards evaluating professional personality level of elementary school PE teachers.Meanwhile,it also makes great theoretical preparation for the guidance of elementary school PE teachers' practice and teacher training.
