摘要
南水北调中线十里河渠道倒虹吸混凝土浇筑工程,浇筑方量大,入仓强度高,进、出口渐变段体形及现场实际地形复杂。工程计划分期、分块、分层施工,管身段采用三轨门架式皮带布料机入仓,进、出口部位采用溜槽配合长臂反铲入仓等施工工艺,以及对混凝土平仓、振捣和收面养护做了严格规定。此方案有效地保障了工程质量及工程进度,取得了令人满意的工程效果。
The concrete construction of Shilihe Inverted Siphon on Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project has the characteristics of large concrete placement;high placing intensity and more complicated shapes of both the inlet and outlet transition sections and the actual landform in site.The concrete construction is planned to be carried out in phases,layers and blocks.For the concrete placement for the body of the inverted siphon,the belt conveyor with three-rail gantry is used,while the sliding chute with long arm backacter is applied to the placements of both the inlet and outlet.Furthermore,strict rules and regulations are made on the spreading,vibrating and curing of the concrete.With this scheme,the construction quality and progress are effectively ensured,and then a satisfactory construction effect is obtained as well.
