摘要 本文介绍了长距离输水隧洞缺陷检测的特点和重要性,分析了人工普查法的弊病,提出采用高分辨率红外热成像仪检测渗漏缺陷、高精度三维激光扫描仪检测表观缺陷的方法替代传统的人工普查法,辅以测距仪定位、数字地质雷达检测内部缺陷,并在深圳龙茜供水工程输水隧洞进行了现场试验。该技术缩短了检测占用现场的时间,具有检测速度快、数据采样率高、数字化的特点,为长距离输水隧洞缺陷检测提供了全新的方法。 The characteristics and importance of the defect detection for long-distance water conveyance tunnel are described herein with the analysis made on the disadvantage from the manual conventional detection,and then a new technology that replacing the manual conventional detection method with high resolution infrared thermal imager for detecting defect of seepage and high precision 3-D laser scanner for detecting surface defect is put forward,which is complemented with distance measuring meter for positioning and digital geological radar for detecting the defect inside of tunnel.This technology is tested in an in situ experiment made on the water conveyance tunnel of Longxi Water Supply Project.The experiment shows that the technology can not only shorten the detecting time in site with the characteristics of digitalization,quick detecting speed and high data sampling rate,but can also provide an entirely new method for the defect detection for the long-distance water conveyance tunnel.
