大环三胺类金属配合物及其水解酶模型化合物的研究进展

摘要 以大环三胺及其衍生物为配体的过渡金属配合物具有广泛的应用。结合我们的研究内容,分别就九元环的1,4,7-三氮杂环壬烷(TACN)、十元环的1,4,7-三氮杂环癸烷(TACD)和十二元环的1,5,9-三氮杂环十二烷(TACH)这3种大环三胺按照侧壁含有的衍生基团的不同,对近20年来大环三胺的发展过程及大环三胺类金属配合物的合成、应用方面的研究进行了比较系统地综述,并对大环三胺类金属配合物水解酶模型化合物的研究进展作了概述。为大环三胺的研究工作提供了参考依据。 The macrocyclic triamines and their derivatives have been the interesting field of investigation for the chemists because of the diversified applications of their metal complexes.In this paper,based on our research work,the synthesis,application and development progress of three macrocyclic triamine compounds involving the nine-member-ring 1,4,7-triazacyclononane(TACN),the ten-member-ring 1,4,7-triazacyclodecane(TACD),and the twelve-member-ring 1,5,9-triazacyclodecane(TACH) were reviewed in detail according to the type of derivatives.And the research on the macrocyclic triamine metal complexes used as model compounds of hydrolytic enzymes was outlined.This paper can provide reference for the research work relating to macrocyclic triamine.
