3种嘧啶类电子传输材料的合成及表征

Synthesis and characterization of three pyrimidine electron transport materials

摘要 以苯乙酮及其氟代衍生物和甲酰胺为原料,一步合成了4-苯基嘧啶和4-(氟代苯基)嘧啶,并新合成了4-(2,4-二氟苯基)嘧啶,其结构经元素分析和1HNMR表征。讨论了催化剂种类及其用量、反应温度、反应时间以及柱分离过程中洗脱剂的选择5个因素对合成产率的影响,并通过实验对合成条件进行了优化。 4-Phenyl pyrimidine,(4-phenyl-fluoroethyl) pyrimidine and 4-(2,4-difluorophenyl) pyrimidine were synthesized by the one-step method using acetophenone,fluoroacetophenone and methanamide as starting materials.The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and 1HNMR spectroscopy.The effects of the kind and molar ratio of catalyst,the reaction temperature,the reaction time,and the selection of elution agents used in the separation process on the yield of products were studied.
