3,5-二碘-L-酪氨酸的合成新工艺 被引量:1

New process for synthesis of 3,5-diiodo-L-tyrosine

摘要 一氯化碘碘代合成标题化合物。结果表明,一氯化碘碘代的最佳反应条件:V(醋酸溶剂)∶V(一氯化碘)=8∶1,n(一氯化碘)∶n(L-酪氨酸)=3.6∶1,反应温度60℃。在此反应条件下标题化合物合成收率达90%以上,其结构经1HNMR表征确认。 3,5-Diiodo-L-tyrosine was prepared via iodization of iodine monochloride.Experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for iodization of iodine monochloride were as follows:the volume ratio of acetic acid solvent to iodine monochloride was 8∶1,the mole ratio of iodine monochloride to L-tyrosine was 3.6∶1,and the reaction temperature was 60 ℃.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the yield of 3,5-diiodo-L-tyrosine could reach up to 90%.The product structure was confirmed by 1HNMR spectroscopy.
