摘要
合成了具多层核壳结构室温自交联乳液,研究了乳胶粒组成和结构对乳液电解质稳定性和贮存稳定性的影响。研究表明:中间层单体分率或MMA/BA比值增大、MAA用量增加及中间层聚合时加入分子量调节剂,均使核壳乳液的电解质稳定性降低,但却有利于核壳乳液贮存稳定性的提高。各层官能团单体按比例增大时,核壳乳液的电解质稳定性和贮存稳定性降低;核壳乳液在DMAEMA用量为6%时可获得最大的电解质稳定性。水溶性单体MAA和AA或分子量调节剂的引入有利于核壳乳液贮存稳定性的提高。
Multiple core shell selfcrosslinkable emulsion at ambient temperature was synthesized. Influence of latex composition and structure on emulsion electrolyte stability and storage stability were investigated.Research resultsshow that addition of molecular weight modifier whenproportion of monomeror MMA to BA ratio at intermediate layerincreases, MAA content increases and intermediate layer is polymerized will all lead to decrease of electrolyte stability of core shell emulsion, yet be beneficial to the increase of storage stability of core shell emulsion. When radical monomer at different layers increase in proportion, electrolyte stability and storage stability of core shell emulsion decrease Maximum electorlyre stability of core shell emulsiow can beobtained when DMAEMA content reaches 6%.Introduction of water soluble monomer MAA or AA or molecular weight modifier is favourable to the increase of storage stability of core shell emulsion.
