摘要
竞争性选拔干部是干部人事制度改革的重要突破口,本文通过对竞争性选拔干部理论价值的剖析,从价值取向的民主性、竞争标准的科学性、竞争程序的规范性、竞争形式的多样性、竞争方法的有效性五个维度进一步深入阐述了竞争性选拔干部的科学内涵,并创造性的提出竞争性选拔干部的基本理念。
The competitive selection system is an important breakthrough to reform of personnel system.By analyzing theoretical value of the competitive selection system,the paper expounded the scientific content in five dimensions which include democratic values,scientific competitive standards,normative competition process,diversity to competition forms and effectiveness of competitive method,and proposed the basic idea of the competitive selection system creatively.
