复方苦芩注射液对人工感染犬细小病毒病的防治

Curative and preventive effects of compound Kuqin injection against canine Parvovirus disease in dogs

目的:探讨复方苦芩注射液防治犬细小病毒病效果和作用原理。方法:人工感染犬细小病毒,其中预防试验组30只,治疗试验组40只。结果:复方苦芩注射液能显著提高犬的免疫功能,对犬细小病毒病的预防保护率达90%,治疗有效率为70%。结论:复方苦芩注射液能提高犬的免疫功能,对犬细小病毒病有良好的预防效果,且有一定的治疗作用。

Objective： To research the effect and mechanism of compound Kuqin injection on canine parvovirus disease. Methods： Canine parvovirus model was established, then was prevented and cured by the 2omplex prescription Kuqin. 30 dogs were grouped into three groups in the prevention test, and 40 dogs were grouped into four groups in the treatment test. Results： Test showed that the compound Kuqin, injection had 90% of protective rate and 70% of curative rate to dog. Conclusion： Compound Kuqin injection could enhance the immunity and has a good effect on preventing and curing Canine parvovirus disease.
