摘要 箕斗冲击防撞梁过程是一个复杂的高速碰撞接触问题,为解决防撞梁受冲击载荷作用时的强度计算问题,以建立的箕斗和防撞梁有限元模型为基础,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力学分析程序,对模型进行动态有限元仿真,得到了防撞梁受冲击载荷作用过程中内部任意点应力随时间的变化规律,形成了一套防撞梁受冲击载荷作用的动态仿真方法,对防撞梁的设计具有一定的指导意义。 The impact of skip bucket to the rubbing beam is a complicated contact course with high speed concussion. In order to calculate the strength of rubbing beam under impact loading,3D finite element model of skip bucket and rubbing beam were established as the basic of simulation,the dynamic finite element simulation was carried out with the dynamic analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The variation laws of stress at any point inside the rubbing beam during impact course were found,and a set of method of dynamically simulating the rubbing beam under impact loading was concluded,which has some guidance for the design of the rubbing beam.
