摘要
介绍了大同煤矿集团云冈矿DTL120/100/3×250S型上运带式输送机决策参数的确定,多机驱动方式的选择。头部传动装置在保证原有巷道和地基不变的情况下,采用煤流方向左侧双点、三电动机驱动,由3台电动机和3部减速器驱动φ1030mm滚筒传动,经过φ830mm改向滚筒使胶带卸煤,中间经过5°-0°-15°-0°,经过φ800mm尾滚筒,如此往复装煤、卸煤。为我国井巷立面弯曲、多机驱动、大功率接力装卸带式输送机的发展提供一个新的范例。
The paper introduced the determination of parameters of DTL120/100/3×250s upward belt conveyor in Yungang Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group as well as the selection of multi-motor driving pattern. On condition that the original laneways and foundations remained unchanged,the head transmission unit was determined to be driven by three motors located at two locations on the left of coal flow. Three motors and three reducers drove φ1030 mm roller to operate,and the coal on belts discharged while passing by φ830 mm direction-altering roller,then went through 5°-0°-15°-0°,and finally through φ800 mm tail roller. Thus the coal was loaded and unloaded repeatedly,which provides a new example for the development of domestic heavy-powered relay load and unload vertical turning belt conveyor driven by multi motors.
