摘要
为了研究大型球磨机中球料比对其工作性能的影响,借助于三维离散元(DEM)软件EDEM,模拟了具有不同球料比的某大型球磨机的运动。从功率、比功率、碰撞能量谱、介质和衬板的冲击磨损消耗的能量占总能量的百分比等几个方面分析了球料比对球磨机工作性能的影响。分析得出的结论可以作为球磨机优化设计时的参考依据。
In order to study the effects of media-to-material ratio on the working performance of the ball mill,the motions of a large ball mill with different media-to-material ratios were simulated using 3D discrete element method(DEM) analysis software EDEM. The working performance of the ball mill was studied in terms of power,specific power,collision energy spectra,as well as the proportion of the energy consumed by impact abrasion between media and liners to the total energy etc. The obtained conclusions provide references for the optimization design of the ball mill.
