摘要
运用科学理论与实践经验相结合的方法,从砂石加工系统设计,到砂石系统生产工艺和设备选型设计、自动化控制及监控系统在砂石系统中应用、石粉回收重要性、长距离带式输送机的应用、砂石系统环保设计及产品质量控制等方面,对砂石加工系统料源选择、系统工艺设计、总体布置和节能减排等进行详细论述,提出科学、客观的多种砂石加工系统设计方案,从而避免了人为决策的盲目性、主观性。
By the combination of scientific knowledge and practical experiences,in terms of the design of the aggregate processing system,production technology,equipment model selection,application of the automatic control and monitoring system to the aggregate processing system,the importance of stone powder recycling,application of long distance belt conveyor,environmental protection design of the aggregate processing system,as well as the product quality control,the paper elaborated the selection of raw material source of the processing system,technical design and overall layout of the system as well as the energy saving and emission reduction and so on,and proposed various scientific and objective design schemes of aggregate processing system,so as to avoid the blindness and subjectivity of human decision.
