模拟分析转子转速对O-SEPA型选粉机性能的影响 被引量:2

Simulation and analysis on influence of rotor speed on performance of O-SEPA air classifier

摘要 以计算流体动力学(CFD)理论为依据,借助基于有限体积法软件FLUENT6.3,对O-SEPA型选粉机内部的流场进行三维数值模拟。选用多重参考系法(MRF)及标准κ-ε湍流模型,对选粉机在不同转子转速下的内部流场特性进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,计算流体动力学(CFD)能够很好地预测选粉机内的流场特点、气流运动轨迹以及压降。为进一步研究粉体颗粒在选粉机中的运动规律提供了前提,最终为选粉机的设计研究和改造提供科学依据。 3D numerical simulation of internal flow field of O-SEPA air classifier was carried out based on CFD theory and commercial finite volume code FLUENT 6.3. Multi-reference frame(MRF) and κ-ε turbulent model were used to simulate the internal flow field of the air classifier under different rotary speeds of rotor. The simulation result shows that CFD can predict well the characteristics of the flow field,trajectories of air flow as well as the pressure drop inside the air classifier. The study provides premises for the further study of the motion rules of powder particle in air classifier and scientific bases for the design and improvement of the air classifier.
