摘要
旋流器是一种高效低耗的分离设备,在工业领域中具有广泛的应用。以数值模拟为研究手段,运用计算流体力学软件(FLUENT)研究改进型旋流器的内部流场特性,重点对旋流器结构造型的改变所造成的内部速度场和压力场的分布规律进行了研究,分析了旋流场内部循环流和盖下流的分布特征,进而掌握旋流场内部规律的本质。为改进型旋流器的开发和设计奠定了基础,有利于数值模拟技术在产品造型设计中的推广。
Cyclone is an effective and low energy consumption separation device and has broad application in the industrial fields. The paper studied the characteristics of inner flow field of an improved cyclone with the method of numerical simulation and the computational fluid dynamics software(FLUENT) . It focused on the distribution laws of altered inner velocity field and pressure field caused by the transformation of the cyclone structure,and analyzed the distribution characteristics of the circular flow inside the vortex field and the obscene flow,then concluded the law of the inner vortex field. The study lays the foundation for the design and development of the improved cyclone and is beneficial to the spread of numerical simulation to product style design.
