摘要
为提高现代信息技术在中小学教学中的应用效益,我国相继开展了一系列中小学教师教育技术能力培训项目。然而,有研究表明,很多农村教师在培训结束以后,当他们试图在教学实践中去应用培训中所学的知识、技能或者理念的时候,却总是遇到这样或那样的困难,导致很多教师放弃了应用。为了解阻碍培训效果转化的相关因素,本文采用问卷和访谈的方法,对山东省部分地区的农村中小学教师进行了调查。研究结果表明,农村教师所接受的相关培训水平偏低、培训内容不适合农村教师的需求、农村教师培训的后续支持明显不足,是导致培训效果欠佳的重要原因。
In recent years, efforts have been made to promote use of ICT in primary and secondary school teaching in China, and ICT skills training becomes part of the teacher professional development scheme.Nevertheless, earlier studies show that in rural schools trainees had difficulty putting into practice what they had learned from ICT skills trainings. This study attempts to shed lights on the issue by using the instruments of questionnaire survey and interview to investigate rural teachers’use of ICT in teaching in Shandong Province. Research results indicate that low- level training, inappropriate training content, and lack of post-training support are the main factors behind the above- mention awkward situation. Measures are suggested to deal with the obstacles from training to application.
