摘要
氟是影响铝化学氧化膜质量的重要因素。为了快速准确测定氧化液中氟的含量,将标准加入曲线法应用于氟试剂分光光度法中,得到了标准加入校正曲线方程:A=0.3770C+0.0158,其相关系数R=0.9996,加标回收率为95.9%~101.8%。该方法简便、快捷、准确。
Fluoride has a significant effect on the quality of chemical oxidation film of Al.Thus a standard addition curve method was combined with fluoride reagent spectrophotometry so as to fast and accurately determine the content of fluoride in the chemical oxidation solution.The calibration equation with standard addition was suggested as A=0.377 0 C + 0.015 8.The correlation coefficient was calculated to be 0.999 6,and the recovery rate was within 95.9%~101.8%.The title method was simple,rapid and accurate.
