通过文献资料法对运动员助跑踏跳准确性的理论教学进行分析研究.设置了实验组和对照组分组训练,从跳远的助跑距离、起动方式、心理和外界环境影响等方面对实验组进行系统训练,最后,给出了提高踏板准确性的建议.

Based on the literature material law and excellent jump athletes run-up jumping accuracy analysis, the research discusses the jump athletes can accurately on pedal which will directly affect the technology and the game. The jump run-up distance, start-up mode, psychological and external environment are put forward to improve the accuracy of the pedal.
