摘要
在冲洗液循环条件下,动力水头对钻具轴向力的影响不容忽视。从流体动力学入手,定性和定量分析了深孔钻进条件下,动力水头对钻压的影响。举离力是钻具轴向力的重要组成部分,工程实例证明,在深井中举离力对轴向力的影响更大。因此,准确计算循环钻井液动力水头产生的举离力,对于正确分析钻具轴向力、估算实际钻压具有重要的意义。
Under conditions of circulating drilling fluid,the influence of dynamic head on the axial force of drill string can not be neglected.From fluid dynamics,the paper qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the influence of dynamic head on drilling pressure during drilling deep wells.Lifting force is the important component of axial force of drill string.Engineering cases proved that lifting force influenced more axial force in deep wells.Therefore accurate calculation of lifting force induced by dynamic head of circulating drilling fluid has important significance for correct analysis of axial force of drill string and estimation of actual drilling pressure.
