摘要
中国散裂中子源(CSNS)快循环同步加速器(RCS)磁铁电源是跟踪精度要求较高的电流源,带LCL谐振型负载。在此针对该负载提出了三环全数字控制策略,PI电感电流环为内环,用于控制多模块均流;PI输出电压环为中环,用于改造控制对象;PR+PI输出电流环为外环,最终达到了0.1%的跟踪精度。
The rapid cycling synchrotron (RCS) magnet power supply of the chinese spallation neutron source (CSNS) is a current source requiring high tracking precision,with LCL resonant load.This paper proposes a three-loop digital control strategy.The inner one is a filter inductor current loop used to realize the current-sharing among four power units.The medium one is an output voltage loop used to reconstruct the control system ,which makes the outer loop convenient to design.The outer one is an output current loop with PI and PR controllers cascaded together.Experiments show that this control strategy can significantly improve the tracking precision and tracking error of 0.1% is achieved in the real load.
