摘要
针对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)使用方波驱动所产生的转矩脉动问题,提出利用正弦波驱动的控制策略减小转矩脉动,降低损耗,提高运行效率。通过对方波和正弦波两种方式驱动的理论分析,得知利用正弦波驱动的控制策略可较好地抑制转矩脉动。同时,所设计的驱动电路具有结构简单、成本低、可靠性高等特点。对实验结果进行分析,得出该控制策略的合理性、正确性和有效性,从而证明该BLDCM在使用正弦波驱动的情况下减小了转矩脉动,使得此电机可使用在对稳定性要求更高的场合,扩大了其应用范围。
Based on the problem of the torque ripple which is generated by using square-wave to drive the brushless DC motor(BLDCM),this paper proposes a control strategy by using sine-wave to drive this motor to reduce the torque ripple,reduce the loss,and increase the operational efficiency.Comparing with square-wave driving BLDCM,it shows that sine-wave controlling strategy can better suppress torque ripple.The designed circuit has advantages of simple structure,low cost and high reliability.The experimental results show the control strategy is reasonable,correct and ef-fective,and it gains a good effect.Therefore,it proves that BLDCM can reduce the torque ripple by sine-wave driving,and can be used in an occasion of higher requirement for stability,and expands the scope of application of the motor.
