摘要
通过分析研究87C196MC单片机波形发生器(Waveform Generator,简称WFG)产生PWM脉冲的工作原理,提出了一种基于WFG两相占空比对称调制生成半桥DC/DC变换器PWM控制脉冲的新方法,给出其编程设计思路。该控制方法充分利用WFG的控制功能,具有输出稳定,占空比调整范围宽,分辨率高,程序设计简便,节省运行时间等特点。最后通过脉冲电源样机实验证明了该控制方案的正确性与可行性。
Through researching the working mechanism of producing PWM outputs by 80C196MC singlechip's wave-form generator,a new PWM method based on two phase symmetrical regulation of WFG is presented to control the DC/DC converter.This method making full use of the control function of WFG,with high resolution,large duty-cycle regulating range and saving runtime,is easy to program and occupies little working time.The correctness and feasibili-ty of this method is testified by experiments on prototype of pulse supply.
