摘要
在实际三相整流器实验中,一般用采样频率来限制开关频率,设定滞环来减少谐波含量。滞环宽度过小不但会增大开关频率,而且会因谐波的不平衡性使网侧功率因数减小。分析了滞环宽度影响网侧谐波的原因,并在综合考虑三相电流的情况下,提出采样频率固定时计算最小滞环宽度的方法。最终通过仿真和实验验证了该方法的正确性,可以在最小滞环宽度下提高谐波电流的平衡性,使系统功率因数达到最佳值。
In the actual three-phase rectifier experiment,sampling frequency is generally used to limit the switching frequency,the hysteresis width is set to reduce the harmonic content.If the hysteresis width is too small,it will in-crease the switching frequency and make the power factor decrease due to the imbalance of network harmonic.This paper analyzes the principle that hysteresis width affect AC-side harmonic and put forward a method to calculate minimum hysteresis width in fixed sampling frequency based comprehensive consideration of three-phase current situ-ation.Finally Matlab simulation and low power experimental results verify the correctness of this method,the minimum hysteresis width improves the balance of harmonic current,power factor of the system achieves the best value.
