摘要 目前已投产的大容量静态同步补偿器(STATCOM)多采用多电平链式结构。在大功率变流器场合中,期望大功率、耐高压的电力电子装置能够在尽可能高的开头频率下工作,以提高输出波形质量。但大功率开关器件所允许的开关频率较低,很难将传统PWM技术运用于这些大容量变流器。CPS-SPWM技术是一种适用于大功率电力开关变流器的优秀调制策略,能够在较低的器件开关频率下实现较高等效开关频率的效果,且输出波形谐波较少。 The current production of large capacity STATCOM has a multi-level chain structure.In the high-power converter occasions,the high-power and high voltage power electronic devices are expected to work in the high switching frequencies which can improve the quality of the output waveform.But the high-power switching devices per-mit lower switching frequency.It is difficult to apply the conventional PWM technology to these large capacity con-verters.CPS-SPWM technique is an excellent modulation strategy which can be available to high-power electrical switching converter.It can achieve a high equivalent switching frequency in low device switching frequency and the harmonics of output waveform are little.
