摘要
鸡主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)分子是免疫应答过程中抗原递呈的分子基础,利用其多肽结合特性可鉴定病原的T细胞表位,阐述不同单倍型鸡的抗病机制。论文总结了鸡MHCⅠ类分子的结构特征,分析了与哺乳动物MHC分子在结构上的差异,并对鸡MHCⅠ、MHCⅡ、MHCⅣ类分子在免疫应答过程中功能的研究进展做了综述。
Chicken major histocompatibility complex(MHC) is the molecular basis of antigen presentation,the peptide binding properties of which can be used to predict T cell epitope and explain the mechanism of resistance of different haplotypes.In this paper,the structure characters of chicken MHCⅠ molecules were described,and the differences of MHC molecular structure between chicken and mammal were analyzed,and the functions of MHCⅠ,MHCⅡ and MHCⅣ during the process of immune response were also reviewed.
