摘要
在发动机传动装置中,曲轴是极为重要的零件之一,由于其形状和结构的复杂,加工后的成品通常存在较大的径向跳动,而导致挠曲变形,为保证曲轴的性能,需要对其进行校直。跳动量的测量是校直工艺中相当重要的一个环节,但跳动量的测量往往会受到曲轴自重引起的挠度的影响,为此,文中提出了一种综合利用有限元分析和插值计算的方法,来去除自重影响,从而实现曲轴跳动量的精确测量,为校直工艺参数的准确确定进而开发出精密曲轴校直机奠定了坚实的基础。
In the transmission system of engine,crank shaft is one of the most important parts.Because it's complicated shape and structure,the finished product usually has radial pulsation that can lead deflection.To ensure the performance of crank shaft,it is essential to straighten.The pulsation measurement is a key step in the straightening technology,but it is usually effected by the deadweight of crank shaft.So a method using both FEM and interpretation is proposed in the paper.The method can wipe off the effect of the deflection and realise the precise pulsation measurement.It has established a substantial base for the development of precise straightening press.
