摘要
分析了高速旋转压片机在生产过程中相关参数,提出用自适用模糊系统预测考虑主压时片剂高度因素影响的片剂重量误差的思路,通过梯度下降算法训练Mamdani型模糊系统,来确定合理的系统参数。根据片重的误差与主压时主压力的误差、主压时片剂高度的误差的关系,进行压制片剂的实验,用训练数据训练模糊系统,并测试模糊系统,得到合理的结果,从而验证了考虑主压时片剂高度的自适用模糊系统可预测片剂的重量误差进而有剔废的可行性。
To analyse the controlling feature of checking the tablet weight at main pressure point in a high-speed rotary tablet press machine,some parameters in the course of production are affirmed and the thinking is raised which the self-adaptive fuzzy system can predict the error of tablet weight which is effected by the height of tablet at main pressure point.By means of gradient descent algorithm to train the Mamdani typed fuzzy system in order to ascertain the rational systematic parameters.On the basis of the relationship among the error of tablet weight,the error of main pressure and the error of tablet height at main pressure point,the test is made to acquire the training data and the testing data.The training data is used to train the fuzzy system,and the testing data is used to carry out the test and obtain reasonable result for verifying the feasibility of self-adaptive Fuzzy control used in the tablet weight being checked in order to realize error prediction and rejecting waste tablets.
