大型数控螺纹磨床床身的模态分析与优化 被引量:18

Modal Analysis and Optimization of Large-sized NC Thread Grinder Bed

摘要 采用三维设计软件SolidWorks建立某大型螺纹磨床床身的三维模型,并借助有限元软件ANSYS对其结构进行了模态分析,给出床身前三阶固有频率和相应振型,识别了该床身结构的薄弱环节,在此基础上,以床身结构固有频率和设计重量为优化目标,提出该床身结构五种改进方案,并通过对各种方案分析比较确定结构最优方案。优化后的床身与原型相比,重量降低7.84%,前三阶固有频率均有大幅提高,其中第一阶固有频率提高35.46%,实现了床身的动态优化,对大型机床床身的结构优化设计有着较大的借鉴意义。 The 3D model of large-sized thread grinder bed is modeled by the 3D design software SolidWorks.The modal analysis and optimization of the bed structure are made by ANSYS.The first three orders of natural frequency and mode shapes of the bed are given and the weak points of the structure are identified.Taking the natural frequency and design weight of structure as the optimal targets five improved bed schemes are presented,analyzed and compared.Then,the most optimal structure is chose.The results of the integrated optimal design of the bed show that the design weight is reduced 7.84%,the first three orders of natural frequency are all greatly increased and the first orders of natural frequency of the redesigned bed is increased 35.46% by comparison with the original.The bed dynamic optimization is realized.This study provides the optimal structure design for large-sized machine tool bed.
