社会转型期我国职业足球运动员行为监管研究

当前我国社会正处于经济转型、社会转轨的特殊时期,有些职业足球运动员的行为损害了足球在国民心目中的形象,阻碍了我国足球职业联赛市场化发展的进程,因此应加强对职业足球运动员的行为监管的研究。通过研究得出:目前我国职业足球运动监管的现状是行为监管的主体缺位、法制监管滞后、道德监管不力和媒体监管不到位。对中国职业足球运动员行为监管的对策和方向主要有明确政府管理职能定位,尽快完善足球市场制度,加快职业足球运动相关法律的制定,加强对职业足球运动员的道德建设,发挥新闻媒体正确的舆论导向作用。

At present,China is caught up in the special period of economic and social transformation.The behavior of some professional football players leads to the damaged football image among Chinese people and hinders the development process of commercialization for Chinese professional football league matches.So it is necessary to enhance research on the behavior supervision of Chinese professional football players.Research findings are as follows： the present behavior supervision of Chinese football players is faced with such problems as the missing supervision body,the belated legal supervision,the weak moral supervision and the inadequate media supervision.Measures to tackle these problems include designating the governmental administrative function,perfecting the football market system,quickening the lawmaking relevant to professional football,enhancing the morality cultivation for professional football players,and bringing into play the power of media in directing public opinion.
