我国10位成功教练员素质特征分析

Analysis of the Quality Feature for Ten Chinese Successful Coaches

采用文献资料分析、数理统计法对我国10位成功教练员的素质特征进行探讨。结果表明:成功教练员除了应当具备一般教练员在开展运动训练活动所必须具备的思想、品德、知识、能力、身体和心理等素质外,还具有志气、才气、勇气、霸气、人气等特殊素质。这些特殊素质不但是他们的魅力所在,而且是他们走向成功的关键。

Literature review and mathematic statistics are employed in this paper to discuss the quality feature of successful coaches.It is found that apart from the mental,moral,cultural,physical and psychological qualities that ordinary coaches must have in conducting training exercise,successful coaches are blessed with such unique qualities as ambition,talent,courage,authority and popularity,which are not only the source of their charm but also the key to their success.
