摘要
以参加2007年全国青年跆拳道锦标赛18个地区的25名教练员为调查对象,运用问卷调查法与访谈法等研究方法,对我国跆拳道教练员创新能力水平的现状与问题进行研究。结果表明:我国一线跆拳道教练员具有较为良好的创新心理品质与创新能力;跆拳道教练在年龄、职称与教练员的创新心理品质及创新能力之间存在着一定关系;在创新心理品质与能力调查中,发现教练员意志品质方面表现一定程度上的欠缺,主要表现为对现实问题困难性的克服能力方面。
This paper takes as its research subject 25 coaches from 18 regions of 2007 National Youth Taekwondo Championships and employs questionnaire and interview to research the status quo of and problem in the innovative ability of Chinese taekwondo coaches.Research findings show: Chinese first-grade taekwondo coaches have comparatively good psychological trait and innovative ability;as for a given taekwondo coach,there is a certain correlation between his age and technical title and his innovative trait and ability;in surveying the innovative quality and ability,this paper finds that the will trait of the coaches needs to be strengthened,which can be derived from the fact that coaches lack the ability to overcome practical difficulty.
