摘要
试验针对化学合成的新化合物筛选及活性评价方法进行了探索,对几类杀虫剂活性进行了对比试验,建立了基于人工叶片表面涂布及使用挥发性有机溶剂的高通量筛选和活性评价方法。并采用该方法对4个系列的化学合成化合物和微生物源先导化合物及其化学合成衍生物样品共773个进行了筛选。结果表明,该筛选方法能稳定、高效地对化学合成的新化合物进行杀虫活性筛选和活性评价。
The screen and evaluation of new insecticidal compound were focused in this paper. A new high-throughput screening method based on the artificial leaf surface coating with volatile organic solvents was established after comparing the different compounds. 700 new insecticidal compounds from chemosythesis and several insecticides had been tested by this method. The results indicated that this method was stable and highly efficient for screening effective insecticidal compounds.
