补肾益气中药对运动大鼠肾脏自由基代谢、尿蛋白的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨运动性蛋白尿的防治方法,精选了由丹参、黄芪等组成的补肾益气中药干预大鼠,5周后,在不同状态下处死大鼠,测定其肾脏组织的超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)水平和尿液白蛋白(Albumin,Alb)及β2-微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)浓度。结果表明,训练组和中药组与对照组相比,在安静和力竭状态下,肾脏组织MDA水平均显著降低,SOD活性显著升高;力竭状态尿液的Alb及β2-MG浓度显著降低。中药训练组与训练组相比,无论在安静状态下还是在力竭状态下,肾脏组织MDA水平均显著降低,SOD活性显著升高;力竭状态的尿液Alb及β2-MG浓度显著降低。所以补肾益气中药能降低大鼠在安静状态、力竭状态时的肾脏组织MDA水平,提高其SOD活性;能降低力竭状态运动后大鼠尿液的Alb及β2-MG浓度。 In order to investigate the prevention and treatment methods of exercise-induced proteinuria, Chinese medicine composed of Danshen and Huangqi was used to treat rats. After five weeks, kidney SOD(Superoxide dismutase) activity, MDA (Malondialdehyde) content, urine Alb (Albumin) and β2-MG(β2-microglobulin) concentration were determined. Compared with control group, in quiet and exhaustion state, kidney MDA level of the training group and medicine group was significantly decreased, SOD activity was significantly increased. In exhaustive state, urine Alb and β2-MG concentration decreased significantly. Medicine training compared with training group, MDA level was significantly decreased and SOD activity was significantly increased in quiet and exhaustion state. Urine Alb and β2-MG concentration decreased significantly in exhaustive state. Bushenyiqi Chinese medicine could reduce MDA, urinary Alb and β2-MG level, improve SOD activity of rat kidney.
