摘要
介绍了碳还原法生产硫化碱的现状,表现为生产效率低下、环境污染较重、产品的科技含量和附加值都不高。从硫化碱生产现状入手,结合其他行业的先进设备、设施和工艺技术,从硫化碱生产的原料、粉料制备、原料配料、焙烧设备选择、窑尾废气的利用、熟料浸取过程、固液分离及碱液的浓缩等方面,提出了比较可行且行之有效的工艺技术方案,试图以此来提升和改进硫化碱生产的整体工艺技术水平,提高自动化水平,提升产品的科技含量并改善硫化碱生产环境。这对硫化碱行业今后的发展将起到积极的推动作用。
Present status of alkali sulphide production by carbon reduction method was introduced,which embodied poor production efficiency,severe environment pollution,and low technological element and add value of products.Started with the present status and combined with the advanced equipment,facilities,and technologies of other sectors,a feasible and effective technology plan was put forward attempting to improve the whole technology level,automation,product′s technological element,and working environment of alkali sulphide production,from the aspects of raw material,powder material preparation,raw material mixing ratio,selection of roasting equipment,waste gas utilization,sinter leaching,solid-liquid separation,and alkali concentration etc..The study will play a positive role in promoting the future development of alkali sulphide industry.
