热轧温度和变形量对含铜钢表面热裂纹的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用Gleeble热模拟试验机研究了不同热轧温度和变形量对含铜钢高温氧化后表面热裂纹形成倾向的影响。结果表明,在1050~1210℃的轧制温度均不能避免含铜钢表面热裂纹的形成,但1110和1160℃轧制裂纹形成数量明显高于1050和1210℃轧制温度。变形量对含铜钢表面热裂纹的形成存在临界值,低于临界值,裂纹形成不明显,高于临界值,裂纹显著增多,并且裂纹数量的增加与形变量的继续增大不呈线性关系。 The effects of hot rolling temperature and deformation on the formation of surface crack in copper-containing steel after high-temperature oxidation were studied on Gleeble simulator.The experiment results show that hot rolling from 1050 ℃ to 1210 ℃ can not avoid the formation of surface crack in copper-containing steels,but the surface crack formation tendency is much higher at 1110 ℃ and 1160 ℃ than that at 1050 ℃ and 1210 ℃.There exists a critical value of deformation for the formation of surface crack,below the critical value,the cracks are not found;higher than the critical value,cracks significantly increase,but the forming tendency of surface crack is not increased linearly with the increase of deformation.
