摘要
通过机械合金化制备了Cu-Cr合金粉末,采用粉末冶金法制备了Cu-Cr-C复合材料。改变合金含量,探讨了复合材料的密度、硬度、抗弯强度、电阻率以及显微组织的变化情况。结果表明,随着铬含量的增加,复合材料的密度和抗弯强度先增大后减小,硬度逐渐升高。
Cu-Cr alloy powder was prepared by mechanical alloying,Cu-Cr-C composite was prepared by powder metallurgy.By changing the content of alloy powder,the influences of manufacture process on the density,hardness,tensile strength,resistivity and the microstructure of copper matrix graphite composite were discussed.The results show that with the increase of Cr content,the flexural strength and density of the composite increases first and then decreases,the hardness improves.
