C_f/C复合材料铜基活性钎料真空钎焊接头的组织与性能

Microstructure and Properties of Brazed Joint of C_f/C Composite by Vacuum Brazing Using Cu Based Active Brazed Filler

摘要 用铜基活性钎料对Cf/C复合材料进行真空钎焊,并对接头的微观组织、形成机理和接头强度进行研究。结果表明,使用铜基活性钎料可实现Cf/C复合材料的连接,且在实验温度范围内,钎料成分对接头强度具有重要影响。室温下焊接接头的最高剪切强度达21 MPa。 Cf /C composite was brazed in vacuum using pure Al and Cu-Ti as brazing fillers,and the shear strength of the brazed joints was measured.The microstructure,forming mechanism and strength of the brazed joints were studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer.The results indicate that using Cu based metal as active filler,the connection of Cf /C composite can be realized.The component of brazing fillers have a great effect on the quality of the brazed joints at experiment temperature.The highest shear strength of the brazed joints can reach 21 MPa.
