摘要
采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)研究了P92钢在650℃时效过程中的组织演化规律。结果表明,P92钢中M23C6型碳化物的晶格常数随时效时间的延长逐渐增大,时效7944 h后达到最大;Fe2W型Laves相沿原奥氏体晶界和板条界析出;P92钢在650℃时效10000 h后未检测到有Z相析出。
Microstructure evolution of P92 steel aging at 650 ℃ for long time was investigated by SEM and XRD.The results show that the lattice parameter of M23C6-type carbide in P92 steel increases with the increase of aging time and reaches the highest value after aging at 650℃ for 7944 h.Fe2W-type laves phase precipitates along pre-austenitic grain boundaries and martenstic lath boundaries.The Z-phase is not found in P92 steel after aging at 650 ℃ for 10000 h.
