牲畜粪便和秸秆混合厌氧发酵的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 以猪粪和麦秆为发酵原料,在实验室自行设计的小型沼气发酵装置上进行了厌氧发酵试验,研究了在物料浓度一定的情况下,不同接种物浓度对反应器启动、pH值、COD、产气量及产气速度的影响。结果表明:接种量高的厌氧反应系统甲烷菌群和产酸菌群会较快地达到平衡,维持系统的pH值在有利于甲烷菌生长的范围内。在物料浓度(6%)一定的条件下,随着接种物浓度的增加,COD去除率、产气速率和产气量增加,但当原料接种量高于30%的试验组启动时间相同,产气量增加不再明显。发酵原料的接种量等于30%为最佳,此时,既不浪费接种物和运行费用,又可以有效地产气。该项研究对牲畜粪便和秸秆资源化利用提供了有益的参考。 Using pig manure and wheat straw as fermenting materials,an experiment was carried out in a small self-manufactured biogas ferment device to study the influence of different inoculum densities on reactor start-up,pH-value,COD,biogas production and gas generation rate.The results showed that: microflora of methane and microflora of acid-producing in anaerobic system with a high inoculum concentration would be fast to achieve a balance to maintain pH-value of the system in a range which is conducive to the growth of methane bacteria.Under the condition of definite solids concentration(6%),as the increase of inoculum density,COD removal rate,gas generation rate and biogas production.But when the treatment group inoculum concentration of material above 30% starts up at the same time,the increase of biogas production is unconspicuous.When the inoculum concentration of fermenting materials equals to 30%,the result is the best.At this time,it not only wastes no inoculation or operating cost,but also produces gas effectively.
