广州地区大学生应对方式特点研究

Study on Characteristics of Coping Style Among College Students in Guangzhou Area

目的探讨不同大学生群体的应对方式特点,为高校更有针对性地开展大学生心理健康工作提供依据。方法通过分层整群抽样对广州地区2 000名大学生开展应对方式的问卷调查。结果当代大学生总体上表现为以成熟型应对方式为主。应对方式在出生时代、性别、专业、恋爱状况和是否独生子女方面存在差异。85后比90后大学生更多的采用自责、退避及合理化的应对方式(P<0.01)。与其他专业比较,医学类专业大学生更多的采用成熟型应对方式(P<0.01),有过恋爱经历学生较未曾恋爱过学生更多的采取求助应对方式(P<0.05)。结论不同群体大学生的应对方式特点不同,应该根据其应对特点采取针对性的心理辅导与帮助。

Objective To explore the characteristics of coping style in college students,and to provide the evidence for developing pertinent mental health education among college students. Methods With stratified cluster sampling method,2,000 undergraduates were investigated by Coping Style Questionnaire. Results Generally speaking,most of the contemporary college students presented as mature coping style.There were statistically significant differences in birth times,gender,specialties,amatory experience and whether being only child or not in a family among college students＇ coping styles.As compared with the post-90s generation,self-accusation,retreat and rationalization were more frequently adopted by the post-85s generation（P〈0.01）.Medical college students adopted more mature coping styles than the students of other specialties（P〈0.01）.College students who had the amatory experience were used to seek help more than those without the experience（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Taking target-oriented psychological service according to the characteristics of coping style among college students is necessary.
