负压吸引球预防颅骨修补术后皮下积血积液的研究

Application of Negative Pressure Drainage Ball in Prevention of Complications After Cranioplasty

目的探讨一种预防颅骨修补术后皮下积血、积液等并发症的方法。方法常规颅骨修补安放修补材料后,在切口外上方约1 cm处切开头皮导入连接负压吸引球的一次性多侧孔硅胶引流管,引流管置于颅骨修补材料与头皮之间,于术后48-72 h拔除,术后给予抗菌药物及止血药物治疗。结果所有107个病例术后效果好,无发生皮下积血、积液,无血肿形成或感染。结论在颅骨修补术中应用一次性多侧孔负压吸引球,引流效果好,可以明显减少和预防皮下积血、积液等术后并发症的发生,是一种值得推广的、有效的方法。

Objective To explore a new method of preventing the complications about subcutaneous scalp hematoma and hydrops in post-cranioplasty patients. Methods The drainage tube was placed between the scalp and the repair material and linked the negative pressure drainage ball in the other side.Then the tube was removed within 48~72 hours after the surgery.The post-cranioplasty patients were given antibiotics and hemostatic therapy. Result After the cranioplasty,subcutaneous scalp hematoma and hydrops or infection did not occur in all the patients（n=107）. Conclusions Application of disposable multi-side-hole negative pressure drainage ball in the repair of skull defects is an ideal method to prevent the complications about subcutaneous scalp hematoma and hydrops in post-cranioplasty patients.
