浮针配合针刺阳陵泉治疗肱二头肌长头肌肌腱炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Superficial Needling plus Acupuncture at Yanglingquan in Treating Tendinitis of Long Head of Biceps Brachii Muscle

目的观察浮针配合针刺阳陵泉治疗肱二头肌长头肌肌腱炎临床疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用浮针配合针刺阳陵泉治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,1个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浮针配合针刺阳陵泉治疗肱二头肌长头肌肌腱炎是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of superficial needling plus acupuncture at Yanglingquan（GB 34） in treating tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii muscle.Methods Ninety patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,45 cases each.The treatment group received superficial needling plus acupuncture at Yanglingquan and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were compared after one course of treatment.Results The cure rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Superficial needling plus acupuncture at Yanglingquan is an effective way to treat tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii muscle.
