摘要
血管性痴呆是因缺血性、缺血组织缺氧和出血性脑损害所导致的认知丧失。针灸疗法是目前治疗本病的有效手段,该文从针灸治疗改善脑缺血、调适神经递质释放、调节血管活性物质功能、自由基损伤、抑制神经细胞凋亡等方面的作用进行综述,简要总结近年来针灸治疗本病的机制的研究情况。
Vascular dementia refers to cognitive impairment caused brain damage following ischemia,oxygen deficit in ischemic tissues or hemorrhage.Acupuncture-moxibustion therapy is known to be effective in the treatment of the disease.This paper was to summarize the mechanism studies on the mechanism of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in treating vascular dementia,by reviewing the effects of this therapy on improving cerebral ischemia,modulating the production of neurotransmitters,regulating the function of vasoactive substances,healing radicals,and inhibiting neuronal apoptosis,etc.
