摘要 在超级计算环境中,为避免计算资源滥用,确保每个用户有机会利用超级计算机求解生产、科研中的复杂问题,产出更多成果,在定期采集、解析作业日志的基础上,通过LSF API、shell编程,设计和实现了一套计算配额系统,用于对用户计算资源的配额、限制及使用情况统计分析。该系统已运行于中国科学院超级计算环境百万亿次超级计算机深腾7000中,效果良好。 In supercomputing environment,to avoid abuse of computing resources and ensure every user having opportunity to use supercomputer for solving complex problems and produce more achievements,a computation quota system was designed and implemented which based on the period collection,analysis of job logs and LSF API,shell programming.It can be used to set and limit quotas on computing resource for users,and count,analyze what and how much resources were utilized by users.This system has already been run on 100TFlops supercomputer DeepComp 7000 which belongs to supercomputing environment of Chinese Academy of Sciences and achieves good results.
